National Channel Manager

U.S. Remote

Job Purpose

This National Channel Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and leading indirect sales teams to revenue growth and acquisition goals through strategic partnerships located across the United States. The National Channel Manager should have knowledge of CBTS and E&C services, with a working background of the Indirect Channel. The National Channel Manager is expected to strategically execute revenue and expense plans for their partners.

Essential Functions

• Strategic partnership planning and coordination - 20%

• Opportunity planning and sales funnel management with partners - 20%

• Champion internal and partner escalations (pricing, installs, etc.) - 20%

• Uncover and help resolve sales barriers for Partners - 20%

• Drive proper behavior of partners: i.e. sell value of CBTS/E&C products, find additional revenue with new products or missing products - 10%

• Help coordinate needed training of processes and product for Partners - 10%

Education

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience/Background

• 4 to 5 years of experience

• Outside/Business-to-Business Sales

• Willingness to travel

• Ability to work successfully in a team environment

• Knowledge of Cincinnati Bell systems and products

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Self-Management

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Ability to directionally develop and manage multiple sales teams

Supervisory Responsibilities

Leads indirect sales partner teams

Miscellaneous

• This position will have daily interaction with the Indirect Channel Partners

• This is an exempt (Administrative) position
