Job Description: CBTS is currently seeking a Sr. Product Owner.
This candidate will need to have a strong Agile delivery background. Needs to display strong leadership behaviors, be a team player and work fast with efficiency. SAFe is a very strong preference.
The Senior Product Owner will lead the solution definition of the eCommerce product strategy and roadmap to become the preferred online shopping destination. Based on company strategy and vision, create and deliver a digital vision that connects customer feedback, performance metrics, enterprise strategy and competitive benchmarking.
The Senior Product Owner is also responsible for requirements development and requirements management in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
The Senior Product Owner must have the ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives to take complex projects from vision to reality. The Senior Product Owner has in-depth knowledge of a line of business and/or is experienced in the industry best practices.
Essential Job Functions:
•Ability to perform the following:
Define Initiative and Product KPI’s and Usage Analytics
Perform competitive research, value proposition analysis
Initiative and Product Scoping and Prioritization
•Partner with digital stakeholders and consumer insights to develop online shopping product vision, identify capabilities aligned to company strategy and go-to market plans, communicate and create alignment with stakeholders including company officers and senior management.
•Create requirements and future enhancements roadmap to support plans to grow online sales, deliver differentiated personalized experiences, and increase household engagement and spend.
Define components of each new strategic initiative, known in SAFe as an Epic

Lean Business Case
Define Success Criteria
Define initiative acceptance criteria for epics and break down into proposed features
Lead the appropriate teams to elicit and manage business requirements.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Management.
5+ years’ software development, business analysis or product management experience in a digital business with demonstrated success delivering new products and experiences to market.
Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
Experience in multiple business areas
