As an Outbound Telesales representative, you will make outbound calls to current Cincinnati Bell customers with the primary objective of retaining current business while obtaining incremental sales to meet productivity metrics through various outbound campaigns. Additionally, individuals who are selected to join our elite team will also gain valuable knowledge of our products and services through initial and ongoing training. The individual will make outbound calls to a pre-defined list of customers to retain or upgrade existing services while adding new products to their account and identifying customer needs with the intent of promoting and selling bundled solutions (i.e. local phone service, wireless, high-speed internet, fiber products, etc.). More so, the individual will schedule onsite customer appointments, such as installation or repair services, and provide follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will utilize internal technology to generate sales and customer service orders while resolving customer concerns or researching billing issues.\n\n\n\nMinimum requirements: Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age, must be able to work 40 hours a week and work shifts between the hours of 10:00 AM -- 8:45 PM (Monday through Friday) and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday). Preferred Qualifications: our most successful Outbound Telesales representatives have some or all of the following skills and/or experience: 2-5 years sales experience demonstrated success in a competitive outbound sales environment, demonstrated success in a customer service position; preferably in a call center environment. Exhibit a high level of leadership and problem solving skills with excellent oral and written communication skills. After the completion of training, outbound representatives must have advanced knowledge of PC programs, Cincinnati Bell products and intranet use of Cincinnati Bell applications. Lastly, the candidate must have satisfactory sales performance and attendance in previous position(s). Compensation and benefits: salary plus uncapped monthly commission and additional incentives available based on sales contests.
