As a Cincinnati Bell sales employee, you will handle customer calls with a focus on selling and servicing broadband internet, Direct TV, wireless, home security systems, Fi-Optics, among a range of other products. Working in a sales-centric call center environment, you will also: * Provide customers with basic communications services such as home phone, long distance and wireless/mobile service, and identify opportunities to up-sell premium products, including: broadband internet, home security systems, FiOptics, and Direct TV.* Resolve common customer service issues such as billing and toll inquiries and process requests for new or changed services.* Schedule onsite customer appointments such as installation or repair services, and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.* Utilize internal technology to generate sales and customer service orders, dispatch technicians and adjust billing.
