Inside Sales Representative Internal Job Title: Sales Consultant - Residential Markets
About the Opportunity
Cincinnati Bell is looking for highly motivated sales people who are commission driven and goal oriented for this high growth potential position. As a Sales Representative, you will respond to inbound residential customer calls with a focus on selling and servicing broadband internet, Direct TV®, wireless, and home security systems among a range of other products. You will also: Provide customers with basic in-home communications services such as home phone, long distance and wireless/mobile service, and identify opportunities to up-sell premium products, including: broadband internet, home security systems, fiber optics (FiOptics), and Direct TV®. Resolve common customer service issues such as billing and toll inquiries and process requests for new or changed services. Schedule onsite customer appointments such as installation or repair services, and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize internal technology to generate sales and customer service orders, dispatch technicians and adjust billing.
Minimum Requirements Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 7AM - 7PM Monday thru Saturday in our call center facility. Preferred Qualifications Our most successful Sales Representatives have some or all of the following skills and/or experience: Ability to meet or exceed sales quota Thrive in a commission based selling environment Business-to-consumer sales including retail sales Sales closing ability Competitive, goal oriented mindset, with desire to succeed Experience in a high volume inbound call center environment PC skills such as Web, MS Windows, and DOS based applications Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently Benefits - What's in it for you?
