About the Opportunities
Cincinnati Bell is looking for highly motivated sales people who are commission-driven and goal-oriented for high growth potential positions. As a Cincinnati Bell sales employee, you will handle customer calls with a focus on selling and servicing broadband internet, Direct TV, wireless, home security systems, Fi-Optics, among a range of other products. Working in a sales-centric call center environment, you will also:
*Provide customers with basic communications services such as home phone, long distance and wireless/mobile service, and identify opportunities to up-sell premium products, including: broadband internet, home security systems, FiOptics, and Direct TV.*Resolve common customer service issues such as billing and toll inquiries and process requests for new or changed services.*Schedule onsite customer appointments such as installation or repair services, and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.*Utilize internal technology to generate sales and customer service orders, dispatch technicians and adjust billing.
Minimum Requirements
*Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)*Must be at least 18 years of age*Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shifts *Preferred Qualifications

*Ability to meet or exceed sales quota *Thrive in a commission based selling environment*Business-to-consumer sales including retail sales*Sales closing ability*Competitive, goal oriented mindset, with desire to succeed*Experience in a high volume inbound call center environment*PC skills such as Web, MS Windows, and DOS based applications *Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently
